In 2025, Innovid and Flashtalking merged to create a transparent, scalable alternative to big-tech, walled-gardens, and point solutions across CTV, digital, linear, and social channels. As part of Mediaocean, Innovid is tied into the industry’s core ad infrastructure for omnichannel planning, buying, and billing.

Meet the team


Zvika Netter
A career-long entrepreneur with a passion for innovation, Zvika Netter is the CEO & Co-Founder of Innovid — a leading software platform for the creation, delivery, measurement, and optimization of advertising across CTV, linear TV, and digital channels.
Zvika co-founded Innovid in 2007 and earned a patent the following year for inventing a method for inserting interactive objects into video content. He has overseen numerous milestones in Innovid’s rise, including the development of a video ad-serving platform in 2012, taking the company public in 2021, and acquiring TVSquared in 2022 to expand Innovid’s measurement capabilities.
In 2024, Zvika spearheaded the launch of Innovid’s Harmony initiative, designed to keep television open for everyone and controlled by no one. The initiative brings the industry together to address the biggest challenges facing CTV advertising – the need to improve efficiency, enhance transparency and control, reduce carbon emissions, increase ROI, and provide better viewing experiences.
With more than 20 years of digital media experience, Zvika sets the strategic direction for Innovid, with a focus on innovation and delivering value to shareholders, the world’s largest brands and publishers, and other partners in the digital and CTV ecosystems.
Zvika has been recognized by TIME as one of the “Tech Pioneers Who Will Change Your Life.” He was also named by the World Economic Forum as a “Technology Pioneer,” and by Businessweek as one of “Europe’s Young Entrepreneurs.” In addition to authoring numerous patents, he served in an elite computer unit in the Israeli Defense Forces. He also co-founded the non-profit organization GarageGeeks, an innovation hub with more than 8,000 members and one of Israel’s largest hacker spaces.


Grant Parker
Grant Parker is President at Innovid, leading the commercial teams and go-to-market for the company. Previously he was President at Flashtalking where he led the entire organization across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and client success.
Grant joined Mediaocean through the acquisition of 4C where he served as Chief Revenue Officer, helping establish the company as a leading social ads platform.
Grant has nearly 20 years of experience in the marketing and software industry, leading and coaching teams to successfully achieve growth through a repeatable process that helps clients transform their businesses and exceed their goals.
Grant began his career at Omnicom Media Group and also held media sales roles at Ziff Davis and Netshelter. He lives in the Chicago suburbs with his family and is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan.


Michal Livny
Michal specializes in building incredible teams and operations for technology startups and currently oversees people management for our offices in Tel Aviv, London and Sydney. Previously, she helped a number of early-stage startups effectively grow as an HR consultant, was head of global human resources for a financial company, and also worked as a headhunter and managed the executive search department for one of the leading talent management and recruiting companies in Israel.


Amanda Glenn Smith
Amanda Glen Smith is the Chief Client Officer at Innovid and Flashtalking under Mediaocean. She leads strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 advertisers and agencies. Known for her can-do attitude and exceptional ability to deliver results, Amanda joined Flashtalking in 2018 after the acquisition of Spongecell.
Amanda's core values (relationships, integrity, excellence) guide her client success approach – she is service-oriented to drive business growth and achieve tangible client outcomes. Viewing herself as an extension of her clients' teams rather than merely a tech partner, Amanda maintains a consultative, strategic mindset that consistently drives remarkable results. Her impact has earned industry-wide recognition, including accolades from Gartner and G2 for best-in-class service.
In 2024, Amanda was selected as an honoree for the Cynopsis Top Women in Media Awards. Her achievements include spearheading initiatives to streamline client onboarding, expand service offerings, and optimize strategic planning, directly supporting clients’ evolving needs in a dynamic media landscape.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and a Texas native, Amanda enjoys hosting gatherings around her dinner table and spending time with her husband and their two children.


Yuval Pemper
Yuval is the Co-Chief Technology Officer at Innovid, where he leads the company’s global engineering team and is integral in developing Innovid’s product strategy, defining the technology roadmap, and introducing new products to the market.
Yuval has 20 years of experience leading research and development teams at companies throughout Israel and the world. Prior to Innovid, Yuval held engineering lead positions at Correlix, Alvarion, and OnSet Technologies. He also was the VP of Research and Development at Radware, a network application delivery and security firm. Yuval is a graduate of Tel Aviv University and resides in Israel.


Pat DeAngelis
Patrick is the Co-Chief Technology Officer at Innovid, bringing over 25 years of experience in technology and ad tech. Prior to joining Innovid, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Flashtalking by Mediaocean. As the leader of the ad tech engineering team, he played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and success, particularly in the realm of privacy-focused advertising. Under his leadership, Flashtalking became a market leader in ad serving and personalization.
Before joining Flashtalking, Patrick was the CTO at [x+1], where he spearheaded the development of the Origin platform, which Forrester recognized as a leading DSP/DMP solution. He then moved to Rocket Fuel, where he led the advancement of DMP and integration efforts following the company’s acquisition. Earlier in his career, Patrick served as CTO at Infotrieve, where he was instrumental in deploying document delivery and Digital Rights Management systems.
His passion lies in building enterprise software platforms that not only adapt to evolving markets but also empower brands and businesses to thrive. Patrick's strategic vision and technical acumen have been pivotal in transforming companies and setting new standards in the industry.


Guy Kuperman
Guy is responsible for Innovid’s global strategy, corporate development and business development. With nearly two decades of experience in successfully growing public and private companies in the technology, media, and telecom sector, Guy leads the planning and execution of Innovid’s corporate strategy and corporate development initiatives to support the company’s growth. Guy served as a partner at TASC Consulting and Capital, where he supported a variety of corporate and strategic development initiatives in several global technology companies.


Shamim Samadi
Shamim Samadi currently oversees Product Strategy at Innovid. He previously co-founded and was Chief Product Officer at Beeswax which successfully exited Comcast's Freewheel in 2021. He previously held multiple product leadership roles at Google across YouTube monetization and Google’s Display & Video programmatic platforms on both the buy and sell side.


Anthony Yam
Anthony is EVP of Product at Innovid, leading product innovation for the company’s ad management solutions. With nearly two decades of experience in digital advertising and creative technology, Anthony has played a pivotal role in shaping innovative ad tech products that drive efficiency and performance for global brands and agencies.
Before joining Innovid, Anthony served as SVP of Product at Flashtalking, where he led product innovation in dynamic creative optimization and ad serving. Prior to that, he was a cofounder and Chief Product Officer at Spongecell, a creative ad technology company that was acquired by Flashtalking. His early career includes engineering leadership roles at Ariba and Internet Security Systems, where he developed enterprise software solutions.
Anthony’s expertise spans dynamic creative, ad serving, identity resolution, and automation in digital advertising. He is passionate about building scalable, data- and AI-driven solutions that empower marketers in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.


Ken Markus
Ken is the Chief Operating Officer at Innovid where he is responsible for the growth and scale of the company’s global client services organization. In this role, Ken spearheads efforts to enable brands to connect more deeply with their customers through personalized video experiences, while simultaneously bolstering the company’s current offering to traditional advertising agencies.
Ken previously served as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Client Services at Innovid, and prior to joining the Company, he was Head of Scale Operations and Services for gTech Ads at Google. Ken has also held positions at Condé Nast, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, and Time Inc.


Aaron Goldman
Aaron is Chief Marketing Officer for Innovid and Mediaocean, leading a wave of initiatives across corporate marketing, communications, content, branding, and demand generation.
Prior to Mediaocean, Aaron ran global marketing for 4C (acquired by Mediaocean), Kenshoo (now Skai), and Resolution Media (now part of Omnicom).
Aaron has 25 years of industry experience and, in his spare time, you can find him posting clips of jam bands and trick shots on his YouTube channel @JudePerfect.
